Bill Comfort - SVP, Operations
Senior Vice President, Operations
Bill Comfort took on the role of Senior Vice President, Operations in January of 2008. In this role he has responsibility for DecisionOne’s entire Operations organization including onsite, remote, and logistics services delivery; and its Customer Program Management (CPM) organization – ensuring that all teams meet or exceed service level agreement compliance and customer satisfaction expectations.
Mr. Comfort is a 26 year veteran of DecisionOne and has served in various operations roles throughout his tenure including Customer Service Engineer, Customer Service Manager, Field Project Manager, Area Operations Director, and Regional Vice President in addition to his most recent executive roles, which include Vice President, Program Management and Vice President, U.S. Field Operations. As VP, Program Management, Mr. Comfort and his team developed DecisionOne’s Customer Program Management team and process to manage the Company’s top 150 accounts. As VP, U.S. Field Operations, Mr. Comfort had responsibility for the Company’s U.S. Field Operations and the CPM organization.
